Mmmmm I love pancakes...and coffee! I started creating my own cook book about 6 months ago. I love the process of making a cook book, mainly because I love to eat. This book is purely for my enjoyment, and possibly Christmas gifts in the future. It's been a slow process but I'll finish it soon.
